This professional will be responsible for managing the customer relationship during implementations and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within the budget while meeting scope requirements. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects, facilitate meetings, and lead agile teams to achieve goals. The Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders on project approval, priorities, and change management, proactively managing dependencies and reporting on project status.

This individual will have a clear understanding of and experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, manual and automated testing, handoff and delivery. The best candidate will have a bias for action and bring a positive energy to the team to get stuff done.

The D365 Project Manager will provide leadership for enterprise D365 projects, with overall responsibility of a project’s scope, deliverables, budget, timeline and resources. You will work with team members, customers, partners and sub-contractors and the Sales team to ensure successful delivery of Dynamics 365 to customers. You will be responsible for customer interactions, understanding the customer’s business and will participate in full life cycle implementations using approved methodology.
